Sales Representative
Sales Team – Remote Army
As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to showcase and commercialize our outsourcing services to construction companies in North America, specifically within the architectural industry. You will promote and offer our services to establish partnerships with leading construction firms in the market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and engage with US-based architectural companies in need of outsourcing services.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their specific requirements and presenting our services as a solution.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our outsourcing services, emphasizing the benefits and cost-efficiency to potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate leads and optimize sales strategies.
- Utilize various sales tools and technologies to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and position our services effectively.
- Attend virtual meetings, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships within the architectural industry.
- Find and investigate tools to discover new ways to generate leads and increase Remote Army sales.
- Keep update the clients database
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in a B2B environment, preferably selling services to US-based companies.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong understanding of the architectural industry, including the outsourcing needs and challenges faced by companies in this sector.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, demonstrating exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
- We are looking for a bilingual or advance candidate who can serve as the liaison between Remote Army and the client, clearly express ideas, add value, and provide assurance to potential clients during follow-up
